An interactive experiment in holiday customization! This project lets users configure the colors and animations of lights on a virtual Christmas tree, created from a detailed Gaussian Splat of a real tree. 

Built with Niantic Studio, it showcases the intersection of 3D scanning, visualization, and user interaction in a festive context.
